Dr. Dirks's Favorite Recipes
Salt & Vinegar Kale Crisps

1 head kale, chopped
1 tsp Olive oil
1 Tbl Apple cider vinegar or Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Salt

Place Kale into a large bowl & drizzle the Olive oil & vinegar over it. Toss in the salt & massage into the kale to get thoroughly coated.
Spread the kale out onto 2 parchment lined baking sheets so that the kale doesn't touch.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 -15 minutes until dry & crispy.
Cool to serve.
